Cancellations/Substitutions and Refunds: Cancellations made at least 5 days before the class will receive 100% refund of fee paid. If cancelled two days before the class, 50% of fee paid will be refunded. No refunds are allowed if cancellation is made during the24 hrs preceding the class. Alternatively, those who cannot attend the class may send a substitute or elect to receive the Hydraulics Software (valid for 60 days) in the mail for the registration fee paid. SYSTEK reserves the right to cancel any workshop in its reasonable discretion. In the event of cancellation by SYSTEK, registration fees will be refunded in full. SYSTEK shall have no further liability.
The course instructor is Dr. Shashi Menon, VP of SYSTEK. He has a PhD in Mechanical Engineering and a CA Professional Registration. He has worked for American companies since 1974(Starting with Williams Bros. in Tulsa and ARCO/BP in CA and ENRON in Houston, TX) He has also authored 7 technical books in Liquid and Gas Pipeline Hydraulics and Centrifugal Pumps.
